Lead Planner / Project Controls Engineer

Purpose of the role

To manage engineering planning, progress measurement, forecasting and project controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the Detailed Engineering schedule.
• Establish engineering work breakdown structure.
• Monitor discipline progress.
• Develop progress measurement systems.
• Track engineering deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Identify schedule slippage.
• Develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate engineering manpower forecasting.
• Monitor critical path activities.
• Support change management.
• Coordinate schedule interfaces with procurement, fabrication and installation.
