Udibe Field Development

Project Description

The Udibe field development comprises 3 phases:

Phase1 (Drilling and Well Testing):

this includes installing a conductor supported Wellbay platform and drilling and testing the first Dutchford well in the Udibe field. Expected duration is 2.5months.

Phase 2 (Extended Well Testing and Early Production):

Dutchford plans to monetise the production of the first well using a Mobile Production Unit (MOPU) and a nearby FSO. Drilling of wells 2 and 3 is planned to also take place in parallel during this phase. Expected duration is 12months.

Phase 3 (Production):

Finally, the wells will be disconnected from the MOPU and tied into Dutchford’s main production facility to sustain permanent production. The product will still be stored on a nearby FSO. Planned design life is 25 years.

• Provide Project Management
• Provide Technical Consultancy (Engineering, Construction, Installation)
• Review Current Dutchford E&P marine operations/practices ifrequired.
• Review ALL PROJECT DESIGN deliverables i.e., Analysis, Drawings, Procedures, Reports
• Provide support and engage with Marine warranty(Third party independent scope) for Project.
• Identify gaps- in comparison with Industry best practices.
• Prepare Company Document and Close-out plans.
• Provide End-to-End daily Management for Design/fabrication tasks which covers quality assurance, inspection, and Welding procedures.
• Provide daily site reports.
• Provide advisory or support with cost saving opportunities.
• Partake in any Project Hazard/Risk workshops.
• Provide Support during Installation Phase/ Review Installation Procedures
• Review commissioning & Start-up procedures.
