Sakarya Phase 2 Deepwater Field Development
Sakarya Gas Field is a large gas reserve across numerous blocks located approximately 170 km offshore Black Sea at a maximum water depth of 2200 m. For this project, our team provided specialized technical consultancy, leading the design, fabrication, construction, and installation of three 16-inch Steel Lazy Wave Risers for production, export, and an 8-inch MEG line. Our scope included overseeing the engineering, construction, and installation phases to support the gas field's production capacity expansion.
Udibe Field Development
Provided project management and technical consultancy, including engineering, construction, and installation services. Reviewed all project design deliverables, marine operations, and collaborated with third-party marine warranty services. Identified gaps against industry best practices and prepared close-out documentation. Managed end-to-end design and fabrication, overseeing quality assurance, inspections, and welding procedures with daily site reporting. Offered cost-saving advisory support, participated in risk workshops, and reviewed installation, commissioning, and start-up procedures.
Project Engineering Services Contract with Saudi Aramco
During a 12-month contract with Wood for Saudi Aramco, we provided Project Engineering services across multiple key projects, including EPC support for the Jafurah Gas Processing Plant and Well Tie-ins, as well as FEED for the Jafurah Gas Plant Phase II and new NGL Fractionation Plant. Our role involved managing project scope, ensuring quality management systems, and overseeing technical engineering disciplines. We generated key engineering documents, resolved conflicts, drove the engineering team to meet milestones, and ensured compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Shell Talent Resourcing Project
Scope of work focused on improving resourcing solutions by sourcing qualified candidates, providing survey outcomes, and referring experienced Nigerian professionals.
SPDC Vendor Management System
Led vendor capability assessments and health checks for SPDC, developed a framework for evaluating vendor capacity, and conducted needs assessments. Facilitated vendor engagement campaigns and outreach to attract new participants. Completed fieldwork and delivered detailed reports on vendor development needs.
